Our R&D team engineers LiFePO4 energy storage from cells to complete systems. We focus on cell screening and matching, pack and HV architecture design, and safety-first protection strategies to ensure stable long-life performance. With BMS/EMS integration readiness—protocol mapping, alarms, and operating modes—we support grid-connected, off-grid, and PV–Diesel–BESS hybrid applications. Our goal is simple: safer systems, longer service life, easier maintenance, and stable performance in real projects—grid-connected, off-grid, and PV–Diesel–BESS hybrid sites.

CELL SCREENING & MATCHING

OCV/IR screening and matching rules to improve pack consistency and lifetime. (Deliverables: matching report, binning strategy, pack consistency criteria.)

PACK & HV SYSTEM ENGINEERING

Module/pack structures and HV architectures with thermal optimization and serviceability. (Deliverables: pack/HV architecture, protection design, thermal concept.)

BMS & COMMUNICATION INTEGRATION

Protection logic, alarm definitions, protocol mapping and data points for PCS/EMS integration. (Deliverables: register map, alarms list, comm checklist.)

EMS-READY CONTROLS & OPERATING MODES

Peak shaving, TOU shifting, backup, and hybrid microgrid modes—control readiness for commissioning. (Deliverables: mode logic, setpoints, commissioning checklist.)

SAFETY & RELIABILITY VALIDATION
